Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Portfolio Advisors Secondary Aggregator, L.P. has transferred their entire interest in Partners Group Secondary 2006, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005568 (the “Partnership”) to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited. Portfolio Advisors Secondary Aggregator, L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
