The Dell, Feltham, TW14 0JF NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Hounslow (“the Council”) acting in its capacity as a local highway authority, has made an Order under sections 247 and 252 of the above Act (as amended) entitled Stopping Up Order No 1 2024 - The Dell, Feltham, TW14 0JF in the London Borough of Hounslow comprising the area shown in red on the plan attached to the Order.

Copies of the Order, the Schedule and the plan referred to in the Order may be obtained free of charge from the London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB. Please contact the Council at traffic@hounslow.gov.uk or on 020 8583 3322 to arrange an appointment to view the Order or for a copy to be posted. The Order is also available on the Council’s website under traffic notices.

Any person aggrieved by the making of the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order (or of any provision contained therein) on the ground that the Order is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date of this notice, apply to the High Court for suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provisions contained therein.
