Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Official Receiver, having been appointed as liquidator of the company on 12 December 2016, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 2.0p in the £ to the unsecured creditors of the company within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 15 February 2024 (the “last date for proving”) otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.

The required proof of debt form, which must be lodged with the Official Receiver at the address below, is available on the Insolvency Service website at www.gov.uk/government/collections/insolvency-service-forms-england-and-wales. Alternatively, a form may be obtained on application to this office.
