Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Stichting Depositary PGGM Private Equity Funds, Acting in its Capacity as Title Holder of and for the account and risk of PGGM Private Equity Fund transferred 50% of the interest held by it in EQT VII (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016389 (the “Partnership”), to Watling II GP, Acting For and On Behalf of Watling II, Limited Partnership. As a result of such transfer, Watling II GP, Acting For and On Behalf of Watling II, Limited Partnership was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Stichting Depositary PGGM Private Equity Funds, Acting in its Capacity as Title Holder of and for the account and risk of PGGM Private Equity Fund continued to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
