NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of creditors and customers is to be held at offices of Interpath Advisory in London, being 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB on 30 January 2024 at 11:00 a.m,. for the purpose of seeking approval of the Joint Special Administrators` Statement of Proposals and certain other resolutions, including the basis of the Joint Special Administrators` remuneration, expenses for services provided by the Joint Special Administrators and approval to pay unpaid pre-administration costs, as set out in the Joint Special Administrators` Statement of Proposals. Creditors and Customers will also be invited to consider the establishment of a Creditors` Committee (if there are sufficient creditors and customers willing to act). All resolutions are being sought from creditors and customers.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors and customers must deliver proxies and proofs by email to RationalFX@interpathadvisory.com or by post to The Joint Special Administrators of Rational Foreign Exchange Limited c/o Interpath Ltd, 5th Floor, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5HF by 12.00 p.m. on 29 January 2024.

The convener of the meeting are the Joint Special Administrators.

NOTE: The meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
