Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 31 December 2023, Suebia S.C.S., SICAV-FIS ERIF (the "Transferor" ) transferred its entire interest in iCON Infrastructure Partners IV, L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017906, in the following percentages:

(a) 5.27% of its interest in the Partnership to Pantheon PGIF IV Euro GP (Luxembourg) S.à. r.l. acting on behalf of Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund IV Euro (Luxembourg) SCSp;

(b) 3.59% of its interest in the Partnership to Pantheon L Global Infrastructure GP, Ltd. acting on behalf of Pantheon L Global Infrastructure SMA LP;

(c) 69.83% of its interest in the Partnership to Pantheon PGIF IV GP (Lux) S.à. r.l. acting on behalf of Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund IV (Luxembourg) SCSp;

(d) 7.88% of its interest in the Partnership to Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund IV NPS, L.P.; and

(e) 13.43% of its interest in the Partnership to Pantheon Access Secondary Program, L.P. - Series 149 (collectively, "Transferees") and that, with effect from such date, the Transferees became a limited partners in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
