Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 31 December 2023, Stichting Depositary PGGM Private Equity Funds, acting in its capacity as title holder of PGGM Private Equity Fund (the “Transferor”) assigned a portion of its interests in Montagu V (Non-US) L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP016267 (the “Partnership”), to ASF Rembrandt, L.P. (the “Transferee”). As a consequence of such transfer, with effect from 31 December 2023, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
