Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 December 2023 (the “Effective Date”):

Eric L. Smidt & Susan L. Smidt as Trustees of the Smidt Trust DTD 12/19/03 transferred 100% of its interest (the “Transferred Interest”) in Praesidian Capital Europe I-B, LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015563, to Investco 777, LLC (the “Transferee“), a new limited partner in the Partnership.

With effect from, and including, the Effective Date the Transferee assumed all legal and beneficial rights, obligations and benefits in the Transferred Interest.

Eric L. Smidt & Susan L. Smidt as Trustees of the Smidt Trust DTD 12/19/03 has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
