Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given in respect of Andromeda Co-Invest, L.P. (the “Partnership”) that:

• On 28 December 2023, iCON Infrastructure Management (UK) Limited, an English limited company, ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership and, simultaneously, iCON Infrastructure Management VI Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey, was appointed as a general partner of the Partnership; and

• On 28 December 2023, iCON GP (UK) LLP, an English limited liability partnership, ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership and, simultaneously, iCON GP LLP, a Guernsey limited liability partnership, was appointed as a general partner of the Partnership.
