Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 April 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12 December 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Zach Lucian Rout who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lily Anna Rout and assumed the name of Zach Lucian Rout.
