Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that MC Private Equity IV GP, LLC (the “Initial General Partner”) ceased to be a general partner in the MC Private Equity IV UK AIV, LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP023476 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 22 December 2023 by virtue of a transfer by the Initial General Partner of its entire interest in the Partnership to MC Private Equity IV GP 2 LLC and MC Private Equity IV UK LLP in equal proportions.
