Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

• Partners Group Asia-Pacific & Emerging Markets Real Estate 2009, L.P. has transferred its entire limited partner interest in Partners Group Access 173 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL007255 (the “Partnership”) to each of the following entities:

o Win Alt IC Limited;

o Partners Group Generations (GBP) IC Limited; and

o Partners Group Management II Limited.

(together the “Transferees”).

• Partners Group Global Real Estate 2008, L.P. has transferred its entire limited partner interest in the Partnership to the Transferees.

• Partners Group Real Estate Secondary 2009 (EURO), L.P. has transferred its entire limited partner interest in the Partnership to the Transferees.

As a result of these transfers, the following entities have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership:

• Partners Group Asia-Pacific & Emerging Markets Real Estate 2009, L.P.;

• Partners Group Global Real Estate 2008, L.P.; and

• Partners Group Real Estate Secondary 2009 (EURO), L.P..

As a result of these transfers, the following entities have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership:

• Win Alt IC Limited;

• Partners Group Generations (GBP) IC Limited; and

• Partners Group Management II Limited.
