Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 January 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 6 December 2023, I, Katie Louise Moore, 3 Oaks View, Bookham, Surrey KT23 3EW Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Katie Louise Swift and assumed the name of Katie Louise Moore.
