This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”).  It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the conveners of the meeting, Gary Thompson and Michael Kiely, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee, if sufficient nominations are received by 16 January 2024 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 3. The basis of the Joint Administrators’ fees. 4. The approval of the Joint Administrators’ costs of mileage incurred as a Category 2 expense according to HMRC’s calculated rate. 5. The approval of the pre-Administration costs. 6. The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge. 7. That the Administration shall exit via a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and the appointment of nominated Liquidators.

The meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 17 January 2024 at 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4:00pm on 16 January 2024. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11.00am on 17 January 2024.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
