(the "Partnership")Registered in Scotland, Registered Number SL028076
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 26 December 2023 (the "Effective Date"), Liberty GR US SUB 1 CORP., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware, United States and having its registered office at 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, Delaware, United States 19808 will be transferring the whole of its interest in the Partnership to Liberty GR Cayman Holding Company and therefore will cease to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
As a result of the transfer and with effect from the Effective Date, Liberty GR Cayman Holding Company has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and has assumed all rights and obligations in the Partnership.
