Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Liquidator intends to declare a final distribution to the creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Liquidator at Unit 5, Little Reed Street, Hull, HU2 8JL by no later than 10 January 2024 (the last date for proving).

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved. The Liquidator intends that, after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidator shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.
