MASTERCARD HOLDINGS LP

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that Mastercard US Holdings LLC transferred its entire 99% interest in Mastercard Holdings LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP16341, to Global Mastercard Holdings LP (represented by its general partner, Mastercard A&M Investment Holdings, LLC) pursuant to an interest distribution agreement dated December 14, 2023.

As a result of such transfer Mastercard US Holdings LLC shall cease to be a limited partner of Mastercard Holdings LP.
