Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 October 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22 September 2023, I, Kaushik Shivram, 12 Goldfinch Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 9DW Married/Civil Partnership and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kaushik Shivram Ramanathan and assumed the name of Kaushik Shivram.
