Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 February 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25 September 2023, I, Rosemary McKay Bowman, 9/5 Buccleuch Street Edinburgh Midlothian EH8 9JN Single and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rosemary Moira Bowman and assumed the name of Rosemary McKay Bowman.
