Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 09/09/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21/11/2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Jack Christopher Leonard-Smart, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jack Christopher Leonard and assumed the name of Jack Christopher Leonard-Smart.
