Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 06/04/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21/11/2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Julieta Naomi Lee, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Naomi Alexia Layla Lee and assumed the name of Julieta Naomi Lee.
