"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) both of Bailey Ahmad Business Recovery, Sussex Innovation, One Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 29 November 2023 the appointment of Matthew Reeds and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
