Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17/05/2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/11/2023, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Scarlett Raven-Mae Russell, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Scarlett Raven-Mae Garner and assumed the name of Scarlett Raven-Mae Russell.
