NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Rule 83 of The Companies (Winding-Up) Rules 1934, the Creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before 20th December 2023, to lodge the particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned Andrew Paul Shimmin of Shimmin Wilson, 13 – 15 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, the Liquidator of said Company. Any Creditors who have not proved their debts or claims to the satisfaction of the Liquidator by the above date will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
