The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South West) (No.25) Order 2023" authorising the stopping up of 3 northern part widths and an irregular shaped area of Herkomer Close at Lockleaze in the City of Bristol. This is to enable development as permitted by Bristol City Council, under reference 22/02461/F.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5545). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at The City Hall, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TR.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 1 December 2023.
