Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of District Judge Rouine in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Birmingham, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Case Number CR-2023-BHM-000588 dated 25 October 2023 (“the Order”) Victor Henry Ellaby (“the Outgoing Office-Holder”) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 0UX (IP no. 8020) was removed from office with immediate effect in respect of the insolvency cases (“the Block Transfer Cases”) listed in the Schedules below and shall be replaced by Nicholas Stafford (“the Replacement Office-Holder”) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 0UX (IP no. 27270).

Notification

The creditors in each of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedules B to D and the members of each of the companies listed in Schedule A be notified of this Order by way of one composite notice (“the Advertisement”) to be published in The Gazette within 21 days of receipt of the sealed Order.

VICTOR HENRY ELLABY be discharged from liability as office-holder 21 days after the publication of a notice in The Gazette as provided for by paragraph 5 of this Order.

Any creditor, or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies listed in Schedules A to D who has an objection to this Order shall have 21 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedules A to D until further or other Order by the court.

The Replacement Office-Holder shall give notice to the Secretary of State and the Registrar of Companies in respect of the liquidations and the administrations listed in Schedules A to C of the terms of this Order as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Replacement Office-Holder shall give notice to the Secretary of State and the debtor in respect of the voluntary arrangement listed in Schedule D of the terms of this Order as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Outgoing Office-Holder shall file a copy of this Order with each of the courts listed in Schedules C and D.

In the case of the administrations listed in Schedule C, the Outgoing Office-Holder be released forthwith from any and all liability past, present or future in respect of any act(s) and/or omissions in relation to his conduct as outgoing Office-Holder of the estates. Such release (or discharge) to take effect 21 days from the date of the Advertisement save in respect of any claim notified to the Outgoing Office-Holder pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986 and/or pursuant to such other provision as may apply on or prior to the notice date.
