Interest: The dissolved company’s share in all leasehold interests howsoever arising out of a lease dated 29th June 1878 and made between Thomas Workman and George Augustus Workman(1) and John Barbour(2) relating to land situated at Marlborough Park, Lower Malone Parrish of Belfast, Upper half Barony of Belfast, County Antrim, as assigned, and further referred to in a Lease dated 30th September 2002 and made between MTM (Isle of Man) Limited and YLOP Limited (both registered in the Isle of Man) (“the Vendor”) (1) Ross Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) (2) and Lombard and Ulster Limited & Ulster Bank Limited (“The Mortgagees”) (3) and Colin William McClelland and July Mary McClelland (“the purchaser”) (4) relating to Townhouse 13

2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the leasehold interests vested under common law on the dissolution of the Isle of Man Company) hereby disclaims the Crown's title (if any) in the property described, the vesting of which having come to her notice on 9th October 2023
