Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11/10/2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/10/2023, I, Keyuri Thaker, 31 Southwood Gardens, Ilford IG2 6YF Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Keyuri Pratik Shah and assumed the name of Keyuri Thaker.
