Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 March 2023 (the “Effective Date”), P&E Aggregator GP LP in its capacity as general partner of P&E Aggregator 2, C L.P., was admitted to HgCapital Mercury 2 P&E Co-Invest L.P. a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL029227 (the “Partnership”).
