Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 February 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 October 2023, I, Gareth John Jefferies Chandler, 154 Whetstone Lane, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 0EZ Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Gareth John Chandler and assumed the name of Gareth John Jefferies Chandler.
