Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the "Rules"), that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a second and final dividend to unsecured non preferential creditors within two months from the last date of proving, being 20 December 2023. Persons so proving are required, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documents or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary.

The Joint Administrators will not be obliged to deal with proofs lodged after the last date for proving but they may do so if they think fit.

Creditors who wish to have dividend payments made to another person or who have assigned their entitlement to someone else are asked to provide formal notice to the Joint Administrators.
