Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 October 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 October 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Jay Walker Moore who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ella Jay Moore and assumed the name of Jay Walker Moore.
