"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Centre Block, Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, Kent, BR6 0JA be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
