Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Prudential Universal Reinsurance Company has transferred its entire interest in ASF VII B L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL019438 (the “Partnership”) to Passaic Fund LLC. Prudential Universal Reinsurance Company has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Passaic Fund LLC has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
