That Nicholas Laurie West of West Advisory Limited, E-Innovation Centre, Priorslee, Telford, TF2 9FT and Stratford Hamilton of PKF GM, 15 Westferry Circus, London, E14 4HD, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up; and

That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
