NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

PERKINELMER (UK) MONEY PURCHASE PENSION SCHEME

This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Revvity (UK) Limited (Company number 03763278).

Revvity (UK) Limited was previously called PerkinElmer LAS (UK) Limited, PerkinElmer Services Limited, EG&G Perkin-Elmer Services Limited, Lawgra (No.542) Limited.

The Trustee of the PerkinElmer (UK) Money Purchase Pension Scheme (previously called the Perkin Elmer UK COMP Pension Scheme) (referred to as the “Scheme”) intend to commence the process of winding-up.

If you were or are an employee of one of the above companies and a member of the Scheme and think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme, but have not been contacted in respect of these benefits, or you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member, please contact the Trustee of the Scheme in writing using the e-mail address below no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice:

Email: perkinelmer@weareigg.com

You should include details of your current address and any benefits that you think you are entitled to.

The Trustee has, or is in the process of, providing Defined Contribution benefits for members of the Scheme by making bulk transfers to Standard Life and/or the Aon Master Trust. For any historic annuities these are expected to be assigned into members' own names shortly.

After expiry of the two-month period, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme and the Trustee of the Scheme shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement they may have in relation to the Scheme but of which the Trustee has not been notified.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received announcements from the Trustee regarding the winding-up and transfer of the Scheme’s liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustee as they already hold full details about your entitlement.

Issued on behalf of the Trustee of the PerkinElmer (UK) Money Purchase Pension Scheme.
