Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicestershire, LE19 1SD on 2 November 2023 at 11.00 am, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) and Deviesh Ramesh Raikundalia (IP No. 13890) both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicestershire, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
