Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Standard Life Assurance Limited (“SLAL”) has transferred their entire interest in European Strategic Partners 2006 ‘B’, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005689 (the “Partnership”) to Phoenix Life Limited (“PLL”). SLAL has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. PLL has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
