At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held at 16 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4DF on 23 October 2023 at 3.00pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the Liquidator may, if appropriate, make an in specie distribution of the company's assets; and that Craig Morrison and Scott Milne, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George St, Glasgow, G2 2LB, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up of the Company".
