"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) and Mark Hodgett (IP No. 24990) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
