This notice is addressed to the former employees of the Sky Betting and Gaming Pension Plan (the “Plan”), or his or her dependants. The Trustee of the Sky Betting and Gaming Pension Plan (“the Plan”) hereby give notice pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan is being wound up in accordance with its rules.

The Trustee believe they have the names and contact details of everyone who had a right to a benefit under the Plan and that those rights have all been settled. However, if you believe you may be entitled to benefits under the Plan you should write to Oliver Holland (at the address below) providing your full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of the dates that you were a member of the Plan or details of the basis of your claim along with any other relevant information.

Your claim must arrive on or before 2 months from the date of this notice, at which time this notice shall expire. The Trustee shall have regard to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Plan will then be wound up and its assets distributed. Claims arriving more than 2 months after the date of this notice will not be accepted and the Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the expiry date of this notice.
