NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I no longer consider, pursuant to Section 209 of the Companies Act that the Companies are solvent and therefore I have given notice to the Official Receiver that the Companies should be treated as being insolvent.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 210 of the Companies Act, that a first meeting of the creditors of the Companies will be held at the offices of Interpath (BVI) Limited, 4th Floor, LM Business Centre, Fish Lock Road, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, on 27 October 2023 at 12:00 noon BVI time. Arrangements can be made for creditors or their representative to attend the meeting by telephone.

Creditors should lodge particulars of their claims for voting purposes before the meeting. Claims may be lodged by email at the details below. Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Completed proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator by no later than 12:00 noon BVI time on the business day before the meeting.
