Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that in accordance with its limited partnership agreement and with effect from 13 October 2023, the Partnership has been dissolved and wound up.

Consequently, as of that date, the general partner retired as general partner of the Partnership.
