Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that Exelon Corporation Pension Master Retirement Trust has transferred 100% of its interest in Limerston Capital Partners I, L.P., a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP016795 (the “Partnership”), to Turnstone Private Equity Fund I AS (the “Transferee”) and the Transferee has been admitted as a new limited partner of the Partnership.
