Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 December 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23 August 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ava-Lily Teresa Shane-Costello who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ava-Lily Teresa Costello and assumed the name of Ava-Lily Teresa Shane-Costello.
