We, Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 1 September 2023.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 15.8 of Part 15 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

A virtual meeting of the Company’s creditors will be held Via Microsoft Teams on 26 October 2023 at 10.00 am. David Rubin is the convener of the meeting (“the Convener”).

The purpose of the meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the approval of the administrators’ proposals and approval of the administrators’ remuneration and disbursements, etc, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 25 October 2023.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
