"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew John Ryder (IP No. 17552) of JT Maxwell Limited, Unit 1 Lagan House, 1 Sackville Street, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT27 4AB be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day James Dowers and Mark Wilson of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP were appointed as Joint Liquidators
