Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Strategic Partners Real Estate VI Investments, L.P. (Series A) transferred 100% of the interest held by it in EQT Real Estate I (No.2) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016612 (the “Partnership”), to VSP III Sub 1 L.P. As a result of such transfer, VSP III Sub 1 L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership and Strategic Partners Real Estate VI Investments, L.P. (Series A) ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
