Retirement Program Trust (the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in G SQUARE CAPITAL II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP017190 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 30 September 2023, by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to FSBA AAM Strategic Fund I, LP.
