GREEN BELT (LONDON AND HOME COUNTIES) ACT 1938 – SECTION 5

LAND AND BUILDINGS AT ROUND COPPICE ESTATE AND MANSFIELD FARM, IVER, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council is proposing to apply to the Secretary of State for Levelling-Up, Housing and Communities for consent to dispose of the following property in accordance with the provisions of the Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938: Land and buildings at Round Coppice Estate and Mansfield Farm, Iver, Buckinghamshire. Details of the property including a site plan indicating its boundaries, have been deposited for public inspection at:

1. King George V House, King George V Road, Amersham, HP6 5AW and can also be obtained by contacting legalproperty@buckinghamshire.gov.uk and is available for inspection between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday.

2. Iver Heath Community Library, St Margaret’s Close, Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire SL0 0DA and is available for inspection between the hours of 9.30am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday or 10 am to 1pm on Saturday.

Any objection to the proposed disposal should be sent in writing to the Secretary of State for Levelling-Up, Housing and Communities care of the Planning Casework Unit, 23 Stephenson Street, Birmingham, B2 4BH before 1 November 2023 and should state the reasons for such objection.
